Smooth and easy drinking mid strength beer that is full of flavour. This beer is pale golden colour and a clean, refreshing flavour with fruity and floral characters, balanced with a crisp bitterness and smooth malt character. Mild Ale contains yeast which provides for the secondary fermentation which also give it the classic Coopers opaque appearance and natural carbonation. The use of Australian grown Pride of Ringwood hops provide the majority of the hop bitterness and a variety of Czech Female Saaz to provide distinctive floral and citrus hop notes.
