1. Shipping Rate：
When you submit your order, system will calculate your shipping fee based on your order items. It will be displayed at the 'Shipping method' section.2. Delivery Area：
For now, we only ship to mainland China area. Which excludes HongKong, Taiwan and Macao.
3. Tracking your order:
Please login to your PAF account. In 'Order History' section, please click on relevant order number to see the tracking status of your order. Or, you can go to SF-EXPRESS.COM and enter your order tracking number we sent you to track the latest tracking status.4. Shipment and Delivery
PAF will ship your order within 48 hours since you have submit your order. Our delivery time will be 08:00-18:00, both week day and weekend. For special holidays and festivals, please refer to our website's notice.
5.Problem with your order？
When you receive your order, please check if there's any sign of broken or damage of the package. You can reject the package if you believe it is damaged or broken during the delivery and contact us immediately. We will get in touch with the delivery company and take care of the problem.
