Q: It takes too long for delivery?
PAF: PAF partners with SF Express to ensure the quality of delievery. For specific delivery times and areas, please check: Delivery Info.

Q: I've paid online, but why does the order register as "Unpaid"?
PAF: Please check your online banking transaction records first (You can call the bank's customer service or log into your Personal Online Banking website, etc.) to verify that the payment was made.

Q: When the payment will be refound if I've canceled my order,
PAF: After a cancel order is successfully placed, a refund will be returned to your bank account at the same day.
